All of our teams enjoy the game of football through our club rules which can be found below. These codes are formed with the players, for the players and ultimately for the enjoyment of our game of football. The way we behave both on and off the field is important to the club, its success and its longevity. If you want to be part of the successful West Coast Cowan team please read on!

Winning the C Grade premiership in 2006 and then going back to back in 2007, the team is now back in A grade. The league team will be taking this new challenge with the same vigour and determination it used to conquer the 2007 season. With some new recruits, rejuvenated old boys and the 2007 colts pushing for selection, the league side will fighting for a finals berth in their first season back in A grade.

2008 and A grade will be a full of big aspirations, challenges and hopefully achievements for the West Coast Cowan Reserves.

After what must be described as a successful 2007, which ended with a heartbreaking 7 point 1st Semi Final loss, the outlook is rosy for the reserves in 2008. With a huge playing group to choose from, the addition of a fourth senior side and the increased depth of the club as a whole can only be a positive for the reserves in 2008, though it means competition for spots will be fierce and players will need to perform at their peak.

The team will blood a number of colts from the excellent 2007 side, as well as providing a strong platform for players looking to break into the club's senior team in 2008.

This year, Peter D'Alessandro will be joined by 3 assistants in Crispin Roberts, Matthew Elliott and Lee Johnson who aim to form a great coaching team striving to get the most out of what is a very talented and committed group of players.

The group has worked long and hard over the 2008 pre-season-so now its time to bring it on!

The 3rds are all about enjoying your footy while winning.
We welcome back, Josh Sims as the new 3rds coach, who has a long history with the club and he strives to establish it as a power house in the WAAFL

So if you want a kick of the footy and a good time give Simsy a call on 0413 059 334

Despite some serious doubt from certain key figures in the club and considerable promises by the coach, the club has managed to bring back the mighty 4s side. Thanks to some serious recruitment in the off season the side now has a very strong core group of players which if remains fit many believe can take it all the way this year!

Although many have pushed for the name E Reserves to be used instead to make us sound more professional, this has failed to take off in any big way! Either way, success will always be found off the field; behind the bar, during functions (look out for table 10, WCC Ball 2008) and with two welcome additions, the Clanger Award and Fines Boook.

If anyone is unavailable for training or games they MUST contact Punchy on 0423866255.

The team that has gotten a bigger name for its off field antics than its on is back again in 2008.

Colts typically don't believe in taking it easy on Friday nights, and always back it up on Saturdays, usually starting just before lunch. They also occasionally play football which is no doubt likely to confuse the coaches.

If you are going to miss training you MUST contact the coach
